1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contract partner, contract conclusion
The purchase contract is concluded with Hilo GmbH, Färbergasse 13, Haus A, 6850 Dornbirn, Austria.
By setting the products to the online shop, we submit a binding offer to the conclusion of the contract via these items. You can initially put our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aid intended and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer via the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. After sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. More information on the right of cancellation arises from the cancellation policy of the seller.

5. Delivery conditions

We only deliver in the shipping route. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up the goods.

6. Payment

Credit card
In the order process, enter your credit card data.
Your card will be burdened immediately after the order was submitted.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To the invoice amount about the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. Klarna Sofort Transfer
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank (publ.), Sveafen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna") we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise regulated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and it is made directly to Klarna. EPS transfer
In cooperation with the payment service provider EPS, SOFORT transfer payments are made possible. 

Buy on account about Klarna
The invoice amount is only due after the goods are sent and received.

7. Reference to title

The goods remain our property until delivery.

8. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible with the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and its enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims towards the carrier or transport insurance.
